Data-Driven Prep: We consult your Digital Registry before we leave the warehouse, ensuring our technicians have the exact parts and tools needed for your specific home.
Fixed-Rate Clarity: We move away from unpredictable hourly billing, focusing instead on fixed-rate work orders that prioritize resolution over "time spent".
2. Full-Spectrum Trade Management
When a property requires a licensed specialist (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), HostOra steps in as your Owner’s Representative.
Single Point of Contact: You don't have to coordinate access or vet vendors; we handle it all.
Quality Control: We provide the trade partners with your property’s technical specs, oversee their work on-site, and verify the repair meets our standards before the job is closed.
The Fee: We charge a 15% Trade Coordination Fee on third-party invoices to cover this professional project management and documentation.
3. Parts & Logistics Efficiency
Owner Stocked: We apply zero markup on parts or consumables already maintained in your on-site inventory.
HostOra Procured: If we must source a part not found on-site, we apply a transparent 20% procurement markup to cover the logistics and handling.
4. Professional Documentation
Every Dispatch concludes with a Resolution Report. This includes:
Time-stamped "Before & After" photo evidence.
Detailed technical notes for your Digital Registry.
A clear breakdown of actions taken and any third-party invoices.
